Please note for certain oversize items such as camp cots, Barrels and paddles. Or to remote destinations such as Canadian Territories and Rural Newfoundland in Canada or Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc we may not be able to offer free shipping.
How we ship:
We ship most packages by Canada Post. In the United States, we use USPS. International partners are usually the Post Office, DHL or UPS.
***In the event of a postal strike we automatically substitute the post office for courier where possible***
Packages within Canada:
We use a full compliment of carriers which are selected based upon rates to your region. This allows us to offer our Free Shipping program to more addresses than ever as well as maintain the lowest possible rates.
PO Box addresses will default to the post office.
Packages to United States:
To get packages to the United States, we use a freight forwarding service. Essentially, they take it across the border and ship it out locally. This saves you time and money, but as a trade off, the tracking number doesn't show up for a few days. After that, it is in USPS's hands.
Packages Sent Outside of North America:
We will ship world wide by post office. At the arrival county packages are handed to the care of the post office.
Customers are responsible for any brokerage fees or taxes which may vary by country.
Processing times:
We ship most orders out within 1-2 business days of receiving full payment.
For US bound and some international packages, we use a freight forwarding service so tracking numbers take an extra couple of days to show motion while our delivery partner transports them across the border.
