PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT ON THE WATER
Paddleboards come deflated in a convenient back which is very easy to transport anywhere you desire. Pump, paddle, and everything needed is inside the backpack.
What Is Included:
1 life jacket (NRS)
1 safety kit (waterproof flashlight, whistle, buoyant heaving line, & bailing bucket)
1 SUP paddle
Pump for stand up paddleboard
Pick-up:
At our Retail Store Scouttech Outfitters, 5 minute walk from the water
You may pick-up and drop off your SUP(s) at our location
239 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga, On.
Additional Charges:
Refundable Damage Deposit:
The Premium NRS boards require a $1000 refundable damage deposit, and the RRD boards require a $500 damage deposit per SUP is required via credit or cash at time of pickup. Refundable damage deposits will be returned in full upon return of the equipment, assuming that all equipment is returned damaged-free. The renter has full responsibility of all equipment rented from us.
All equipment will be inspected by Scouttech Outfitters staff prior and post rental return. The renter must be present at time of inspection.
Renters will be responsible for any/all lost, stolen, or damaged equipment. Any charges will be deducted from your damage deposit. A rental contract and release of liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risks and indemnity agreement must be signed by the renter.
Cancellation Policy:
If We Cancel Bookings:
Weather and other forces beyond our control may force us to shut down our operations for the safety of our customers. Scouttech Outfitters reserves the right to cancel or alter events without prior notice. We will do our best to notify customers as soon as reasonably possible. In situations like this, we will issue a full refund worth 100% of the booking for the cancelled rental.
If You Wish To Cancel or Rebook
We require 48 hours notice in advance of your cancellation or rescheduling. If 48 hours notice is given, a full refund will be issued. If 48 hours is not given, the full rental rate will be charged.
HOW TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE:
If you are able to give us the minimum notice required to cancel or reschedule your booking, email sales@scouttech.com with your Full Name, Rental, Date & Time of Rental or Booking and any Discount Codes you used to book. Alternatively, forward us your booking confirmation number along with your request. If you request a refund in the allowed time, we’ll refund you the full amount paid. If you wish to reschedule, we’ll provide you with a discount code in order for you to book another event or rental.
