The Thule Gutter Foot Pack is a solid mounting solution for vehicles with rain gutters. With no external tools required, the foot easily tightens to bar and roof simultaneously with a simple turn of a knob. Locking options are available using Thule Lock Cylinders. The foot is made out of high-quality, rust-resistant galvanized steel and black polyester powder coating. The blades of the foot are vinyl dipped to help prevent slippage in the rain gutter.
