Shipping Policies

Please note for certain oversize items such as camp cots or to remote destinations such as Hawaii, Alaska, etc we may not be able to offer free shipping.  Please check with us for eligibility.

How we ship:

We ship most packages by Canada Post. In the United States, we use USPS. 

Processing times: 

We ship most orders out within 1-2 business days of receiving full payment. To get packages to the United States, we use a freight forwarding service. Essentially, they take it across the border and ship it out locally. This saves you time and money, but as a trade off, the tracking number doesn't show up for a few days. 

Packages within Canada:

We offer Expedited Ground Parcel (1-7 days to most destinations) or Express Post (1-2 days to most destinations).  

Packages to United States:

To get packages to the United States, we use a freight forwarding service. Essentially, they take it across the border and ship it out locally. This saves you time and money, but as a trade off, the tracking number doesn't show up for a few days. After that, it is in USPS's hands.

Packages Sent Outside of North America:

We will ship world wide by post office. At the arrival county packages are handed to the care of the post office. 

We offer the following delivery options:

International Ground Parcel (4-8 weeks average delivery).  Includes tracking.

International Express Post (4-7 day delivery to most countries). Includes tracking.  This service may not be offered to all countries.

International Small Packet Surface (4-8 weeks average). This is a discount small parcel service for items under 2kg and does not include tracking.

International Small Packet Air (2-4 weeks average). This is a discount small parcel service for items under 2kg and does not include tracking.

Customers are responsible for any brokerage fees or taxes which may vary by country.

BRANDS WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA

Regrettably, we are unable to ship certain brands outside of Canada which include, but not limited to Columbia, Deuter, Exped, Keen, Mammut, MSR, NEMO, Outdoor Research, Platypus, Primus, Seal Line, Salomon, Sea to Summit, Sorel and ThermaRest. 

In the event that a brand is purchased that we can not ship internationally, we will contact you and will issue your choice of a full refund or offer a substitute or adjustment of order.
